At Fandom Tokyo, we want you to love your streetwear as much as the series that inspired it. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is free of any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship to Tokyo

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our system and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
